The TAILOR-MADE FRAME FACADE ensures :
■ RAPID AND SIMPLIFIED INTERVENTION ON SITE
Each aluminum module is delivered ready to install on the site. These assemblies are fixed to the building by lugs specially made for the project. Once adjusted, they eliminate the structure’s dimensional tolerances. The intervention is therefore ten time faster than the installation of a traditional curtain wall (assembly, glazing, caps and gaskets on site). TECHNAL’s clients can install an average of around 200 m² (protection from air and water) per day. An advantage for programs with tight schedules and/or without storage space. TECHNAL FACADE FRAME modules are easily installed using a crane and are secured from the interior. Scaffoldings are no longer necessary so these systems are ideal for high-rise buildings or where exterior access is limited.
■ REDUCED NUISANCE
The ready-to-install systems contribute to the buildings’ High Environmental Quality approach (HEQ). The professionals use less machines, limiting the noise nuisance on the work site. They also produce less waste.
