PARIS IRCAM FORUM WORKSHOPS - MARCH 29-31 2023

The IRCAM Forum Workshops is the annual international event for the community of music and sound professionals!

This year, the focus will be on 3D audio, spatialization, and an overview of the VR/AR projects of the Forum's members and our partners.

IRCAM researchers will present the latest developments, including ASAP and OpenMusic.

The IRCAM Forum welcomes this year the C-Lab from Taiwan for presentations, installations and the first IRCAM-C-Lab co-production in the Projection Space: Insomnia Sketchbook.

You will also be able to discover under the dome the work Paleoscapes - Borneo 2023, by the eco-acoustician David Monacchi, who entrusts us with sound portraits of undisturbed primary equatorial forests.

Discover version 1.0.7 of Partiels, the sound analysis application and plug-in collection developed by Pierre Guillot. You will find new features such as the output channel routing system.

NEW TUTORIALS

Watch the new tutorials on Dicy2, the library developed by Jérôme Nika, generating music sequences by machine learning. There is one version developed for Max ( free) and one for Live (Premium Members).

INTERMEDIATE

Make complex patches and choose the software and hardware tools adapted to your project using the Max graphic programming software.

 Monday March 6 to Saturday March 11, 2023 at IRCAM in French.

 8 half-days from Tuesday April 11 to Wednesday May 10, 2023 online and in English.

Max for Live

INITIATION

Develop the knowledge to approach Max software through its use in Ableton Live. Create new effects and instruments in Live and learn to control the Live GUI.

 From Monday April 3 to Saturday April 8, 2023.
